AudioForge ("we", "the App") is a audio processing tool. We respect your privacy and are committed to transparency about how your data is handled.

1. Data We Collect

None. AudioForge does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All audio files, conversion history, and settings are stored exclusively on your device.

2. Permissions

• Microphone: Used only when you record audio within the App. Audio is processed locally and never uploaded.
• Storage/Files: Used to import audio files you select and to save converted/trimmed output files to your device.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

AudioForge offers optional Pro subscriptions processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not handle payment information directly. RevenueCat is used to verify subscription status. No personal identifiers are collected beyond the anonymous purchase receipt stored on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

• RevenueCat: Subscription verification only. No personal data is shared.
• Apple / Google: Payment processing governed by their respective privacy policies.

5. Data We Do NOT Collect

• No personal identification information
• No location data
• No advertising identifiers
• No analytics or tracking
• No third-party advertising

6. Data Retention

All data remains on your device. Deleting the App removes all associated data permanently. We have no access to and cannot recover your data.

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
