TuneForge ("we", "the App") is a guitar tuner and metronome tool. We respect your privacy and are committed to transparency about how your data is handled.

1. Data We Collect

None. TuneForge does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All tuning history, metronome presets, and settings are stored exclusively on your device.

2. Permissions

• Microphone: Used to listen to your instrument for pitch detection during tuning. Audio is processed in real-time locally and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

TuneForge offers optional Pro subscriptions processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not handle payment information directly. RevenueCat is used to verify subscription status. No personal identifiers are collected beyond the anonymous purchase receipt stored on your device.

4. Third-Party Services

• RevenueCat: Subscription verification only. No personal data is shared.
• Apple / Google: Payment processing governed by their respective privacy policies.

5. Data We Do NOT Collect

• No personal identification information
• No location data
• No advertising identifiers
• No analytics or tracking
• No third-party advertising
• No audio recordings (microphone is used for real-time pitch detection only)

6. Data Retention

All data remains on your device. Deleting the App removes all associated data permanently. We have no access to and cannot recover your data.

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
