Terms of Use — VisuBuild

By downloading or using VisuBuild ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these terms.

2. Subscription Terms

• VisuBuild offers optional Pro subscriptions (monthly, yearly) and a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Play Store account settings.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.

3. Free Features

All core calculation features (concrete, stair, framing, paint) are available for free. Pro subscription unlocks watermark-free PDF export, unlimited project history, folded stair designs, and company branding on reports. The App clearly indicates which features require Pro.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, text, and graphics are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works.

5. User Content

Calculation data, project names, photos, and voice notes you create within the App remain entirely yours. We claim no ownership of your content. All data is stored locally on your device.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Calculation results are estimates for planning purposes only and do not constitute professional engineering advice. Always verify critical measurements with qualified professionals before construction.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to construction errors, material waste, or financial losses based on calculation results.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App publisher operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
